How much does BossBack Answers cost?+

BossBack Answers is currently free during Beta, with no credit card required. Beta includes one website, up to 500 customer questions per month, up to 100 Test Answers per month, up to 4 website scans per month, and up to 250 Sources.

Is there a free trial?+

There is no separate trial right now because Answers is free for the entire Beta. No credit card is required.

Is there a setup fee?+

No.

Is BossBack Sources included?+

Yes. Sources is included with BossBack Answers at no additional charge.

What counts as a customer question?+

A question submitted by a website visitor to BossBack Answers that generates a BossBack response counts toward the monthly allowance.

What happens if I reach 500 questions?+

There are no overage charges during Beta. When the monthly 500-customer-question limit is reached, additional customer questions pause until the allowance resets.

Can I stop using Answers at any time?+

Yes. There is no paid subscription or long-term contract during the free Beta.

Can I use Answers on more than one website?+

The Answers Beta plan covers one website. If you need BossBack on multiple websites, contact us.

Are Forms and Website Checkup included during Beta?+

Yes. Forms and Website Checkup are included in the current free BossBack Beta. Website Checkup currently includes up to 4 website scans per month. BossBack Sources is included with Answers.

Will Answers always be free?+

Not necessarily. Answers is free during Beta, but pricing may change as the product develops. We'll communicate any move to paid pricing before it takes effect, and Beta participation will not automatically start a paid subscription.

Do I need to buy anything else?+

No. The current free Beta includes Answers, Forms and Website Checkup, with Sources included for Answers. You can start with the capability that is useful to your business.
